Shipping Methods - Delivery Time
A) Pick up from the store
B) With COURIER CENTER courier company with a fee of €4 for the whole of Greece and €20 for Cyprus.
C) By ELTA or COURIER CENTER courier company at the customer's expense, for countries outside of Greece.
The products are shipped in 1-3 working days if there is availability for domestic shipments. Upon completion of the order, the customer is immediately informed about the availability and delivery of the product. For products that are not immediately available, the customer will be informed by our company about possible availability in the future.
We emphasize that the availability in our e-shop does not always correspond to reality as our system requires a certain time to be updated from our warehouse.
The company is not responsible for any delays due to force majeure.
Shipping is done with shipping costs of €4 throughout Greece and €20 in Cyprus.
For foreign countries, the costs are charged to the customer.
Returns Policy
Changes are accepted within 14 days, with the courier company cooperating with us (Courier center). The product must be in the exact condition in which it was received and in its packaging, with all accompanying documents. No changes are made during the offer period.
Refunds are only made for products that have been paid for by card or bank deposit and the customer is informed by our company that the product is finally unavailable. In no other case can a refund be made.
For changes within Greece, the customer is charged with the return costs of €5 and the costs of the next shipment of €5. The total charge is made upon delivery of the second shipment.
In case the customer chooses a courier company of his own choice, the costs are charged to him based on the pricing of each company. The change will not be accepted if the above conditions are not followed.
No refunds are given for discounted or promotional products.
No returns will be accepted without prior agreement with the company.
For used products, the company bears no responsibility.
For orders outside Greece, all costs are borne by the customer.
Cancellation of an order can only be done before the shipment/receipt of the product.
